This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through corimaventu.com, operated by Novanto UG (haftungsbeschränkt).
2. Shipping Destinations
The destinations currently available for an order are shown during checkout.
If a destination cannot be selected during checkout, delivery to that destination is not currently available through the online store.
3. Shipping Methods and Charges
Available delivery methods and their prices are shown during checkout before the order is submitted.
Shipping charges may depend on the delivery destination, order contents and delivery method selected.
4. Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout or in the order information where available.
An estimated delivery time is not a guaranteed delivery date unless the store expressly states otherwise.
5. Order Processing
Orders are processed after they have been successfully received and, where required, payment has been confirmed.
If an item cannot be supplied, the customer will be informed. Any payment received for an item that cannot be supplied will be refunded.

If a delivery problem is caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer, we will try to assist, but additional delivery costs may apply where legally permitted.

8. Damaged Parcels or Missing Items
If an order arrives visibly damaged, contains an incorrect item, or an item is missing, please contact info@corimaventu.com as soon as reasonably possible.
Please include the order number and a description of the issue. Photographs of the parcel or product may be requested where they are useful for investigating the problem.
