Returns and Refunds
1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer and your purchase qualifies for the statutory right of withdrawal, you may withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period generally begins when you, or a third party nominated by you who is not the carrier, receives the goods, subject to the rules applicable to the particular order.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must make a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but its use is not mandatory.
Sending the withdrawal notice before the withdrawal period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.
2. Return of Goods After Withdrawal
After notifying us of a valid withdrawal, the goods must be returned within the period required by applicable law.
Please contact info@corimaventu.com for the return instructions applicable to the order before sending the goods.
Unless the law or the individual order provides otherwise, the consumer bears the direct cost of returning goods following a statutory withdrawal.
3. Refunds Following Withdrawal
Where a statutory withdrawal is valid, payments that must legally be reimbursed will be refunded without undue delay and within the period required by law.
This includes the purchase price and, where required by law, the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the order.
If the customer selected a more expensive delivery method, the additional delivery cost does not have to be reimbursed where the law permits this.
The refund will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method is expressly agreed and does not result in fees for the customer.
Where legally permitted, reimbursement may be withheld until the returned goods have been received or the customer provides evidence that the goods were sent back, whichever occurs first.
4. Return Condition and Loss of Value
Customers may examine goods as they would reasonably be able to do in a physical store.
A customer may be responsible for a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, where the law provides for such responsibility.
5. Exceptions
The statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded for certain products where the legal requirements for an exception are met.
Examples can include goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised, and certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been removed.
6. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Returns involving defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming goods are handled separately from a simple change-of-mind withdrawal.
If a product arrives damaged, is incorrect, or does not conform to the contract, contact info@corimaventu.com with the order number and details of the issue.
Statutory warranty and conformity rights remain unaffected.
7. Compatibility of Appliance Parts
For replacement parts and accessories, customers should check the compatibility information shown on the product page before ordering.
If the customer receives a product that does not match the description or compatibility information provided by us, statutory rights remain unaffected.
A product ordered incorrectly by the customer may still be covered by the statutory withdrawal right where that right applies and no legal exception exists.
