1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through corimaventu.com. The online store Corimaventu is operated by Novanto UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Schützenstraße 13, 56068 Koblenz, Germany.
These terms apply to consumers and, where relevant, business customers unless a separate agreement has been made. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
2. Products and Product Information
Corimaventu offers household appliance parts, appliance accessories and other permitted goods made available through the online store.
We aim to describe products clearly and accurately. Product images are for presentation purposes. Minor differences in appearance may occur depending on the product, display settings or production changes.
For replacement parts and accessories, customers are responsible for checking the stated compatibility information before ordering. Where a product is intended for certain appliance types or models, the compatibility information shown on the product page forms part of the product description.
3. Orders and Contract Formation
Products shown on the website are an invitation to place an order and are not, by themselves, a binding offer.
By completing the checkout process and submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected goods. An automatic order confirmation confirms that the order has been received. A purchase contract is concluded when the order is accepted, for example through a separate acceptance notice, shipment confirmation or dispatch of the goods.
If an ordered product is unavailable, the customer will be informed and any payment already received for the unavailable item will be refunded.
4. Prices and Payment
The prices shown on the website at the time of ordering apply to the purchase. Any applicable taxes and delivery costs are shown during checkout before the order is submitted.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payment may be handled by external payment service providers. Their own terms and privacy information may also apply to the payment process.
5. Delivery
Available delivery destinations, delivery methods, estimated delivery times and delivery charges are shown during checkout.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control. If a material delay affects an order, we will provide the information available to us and the customer will retain any rights provided by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. If an order cannot be delivered because incorrect or incomplete information was supplied, additional costs caused by a new delivery attempt may be charged where legally permitted.
6. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers who enter into a distance contract may have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to the legal conditions and exceptions.

7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply in cases provided by law. This can include, for example, goods that are made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised, and certain sealed goods where a statutory hygiene or health-protection exception applies after the seal has been removed.
An exception is applied only where the legal requirements for that exception are met.
8. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
Customers should contact us at info@corimaventu.com if an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or does not conform to the contract. Providing the order number and, where helpful, photographs of the issue can help us process the case more quickly.
9. Statutory Warranty Rights
The statutory warranty and conformity rights applicable to the purchase remain in force. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Any manufacturer warranty, if one applies to a specific product, is separate from the customer's statutory rights.
10. Installation and Use of Appliance Parts
Appliance parts and accessories must be installed and used in accordance with the product information and any applicable manufacturer instructions.
Some repairs or installations may require technical knowledge or a qualified professional. Customers should not carry out electrical, gas, pressurised or otherwise safety-critical work unless they are qualified and it is lawful and safe to do so.
This section does not limit liability where liability cannot legally be excluded.
11. Liability
We are liable without limitation where liability is mandatory by law, including for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and liability under mandatory product-liability rules.
For other losses, liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
12. Intellectual Property
The content of corimaventu.com, including texts, graphics, layout elements and store materials, may be protected by intellectual property rights.
Website content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially used without permission unless such use is permitted by law.
13. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on corimaventu.com and applicable data-protection law.
14. Applicable Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, where this choice is legally permitted.
For consumers, this choice of law does not remove mandatory consumer protection provided by the law of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence where such protection applies by law.
